摘　　要：通过对C 27.8 tex纱重定量纺纱工艺的研究,探索了在传统纺纱设备上实现优质高效纺纱的工艺,认为清梳工序应提高分梳能力和使纤维快速转移,并粗细工序则应注重对纤维的有效控制,选用合适的纺纱器材。An effective and high quality spinning process has been tested on traditional spinning equipment through studies on heavy set weight spinning technology of C 27.8 ex yarn. It holds that carding capacity in scutching and carding processes has to be strengthened to speed up the fiber transferring whilst effective control of fibers in roving and spinning processes has to be focussed with selected spinning apparatus used.
