摘　　要：文章研究的涤粘哔叽生产突破了原有经纱为股线、纬纱为单纱制作右斜效果的局限,用S捻的单纱经线和Z捻的单纱纬线配合,达到与用股线所织哔叽相同的效果。文中着重分析了该产品原料的选择和配比,在实验的基础上得出了最佳的纺纱、织造工艺条件。In this thesis is researched the processing technology of beige made of polyester and rayon spun yarn by use of S twist single warp yam and Z twist single weft yam, which meets the same effect of beige made of ply yarn. The selection of raw material and its well match are analyzed, and an optimal spinning and weaving processing condition is obtained on the bases of the experiments.
