摘　　要：面向质量的设计对制造过程的要求,本文论述了制造过程的内涵和质量职能,建立了生产制造过程的一般质量模型,分析了制造过程中影响质量的因素,把影响因素集成为重点工序的质量控制和工序质量信息的收集,构造了以制造质量BOM为核心的质量跟踪体系,预防潜在质量问题的发生。Aimed at the request of manufacture process quality oriented, the connotation of manufacturing process and quality function were discussed, the general quality model of product manufacture process was constituted, the factors of affecting quality in manufacturing process were analyzed. By integrating the affecting factors focusing on the process quality control and collection of process quality information, the system of quality track oriented the core of manufacture quality BOM was constructed to prevent the potential quality problem.
