摘　　要：在制造企业C IMS工程项目的实施过程中,管理决策者缺乏系统分析和决策的工具。本文将系统动力学(SD)的方法引入制造企业系统的决策分析过程,建立了某制造企业系统的因果关系模型,应用仿真软件Ith ink5.0建立了SD建模,得出系统关键变量的数学模型,重点对不同市场变化模式激励下,企业系统关键变量的变化特性进行了仿真研究,对改进后的结果进行了分析。In the process of applying CIMS projects to the manufacturing enterprises, there are few tools for the managers to use in analyzing systematically and making decisions. System dynamics method was introduced to the process, the cause-effect model of an enterprise system was given, and the SD model was established using software Ithink5.0, then the mathematical model of the key variables was formulated. Responding of the key variables under different market modes were studied through simulation, and some results after improving were analyzed.
