摘 要:介绍了机动-液控、机动-电控、液控、电控几种液压自动换向机构;并对各个机构的原理进行分析。通过比较,得出这几种自动换向机构的优、缺点及相应的应用场合。机动换向原理简单,但元件分散、可靠性差等缺点使其应用受限;液控换向结构复杂但紧凑,换向频次高,工作可靠,应用广泛;电控换向原理结构简单,但仅限于小功率和无防爆要求的场合。Several kinds of hydraulic automatic reversing mechanisms, such as mechanical-pilot, mechanical-electric, pilot and electric automatic reversing mechanism were introduced. Through analyzing and comparing on their principles, the advantages, disadvantages, and applications for different hydraulic automatic reversing mechanisms were given. The principle of the mechanical-pilot reversing mechanisms is very simple, but with components dispersed and bad reliability. Pilot reversing mechanisms are comparatively complicated, but compact. They have quite high reversing frequency and good reliability. Both priciple and makeup of electric reversing mechanisms axe simple, but these reversing mechanisms can be only applied to the low power system, without explosion-proof requirement.
