摘 要:采用有限元软件ANSYS9.0,针对压力管道焊接接头出现的不同位置、不同尺寸条件下的错边缺陷,研究它们对焊接接头应力集中程度的影响,为压力管道的安全评定提供可靠的力学依据。计算结果表明:压力管道焊接接头的应力集中不仅随着错边量的增大而增加,并且同尺寸的错边引起的应力集中,纵缝较环缝更明显。此外,还探讨了降低接头处焊缝金属的坡度,减小此处应力集中的可行性。It researches the effects of unfitness defects of the welding joints of pressure piping at different places and different sizes on stress concentration by means of the finite element software ANSYS9.0 and supplies reliable mechanical evidences for the safety evaluation of pressure piping.The results indicate,that the stress concentration in welding joints of pressure piping becomes larger with the size of unfitness increasing.In the same conditions,the stress concentration at the unfitness of longitudinal weld is more obvious than that of girth weld.In addition,it is discussed that reducing the stress concentration is feasible when the grade of weld metal in welding joint is decreased.
