离心性静脉穿刺采血方法的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"离心性静脉穿刺采血法"的临床实用性、可靠性、安全性,为临床应用提供参考和科学依据。方法将604例需静脉采血病人随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用"常规静脉穿刺采血",实验组采用"离心性静脉穿刺采血",观察两种方法静脉充盈度、弹性及采血量对采血时间的影响。结果两种采血方法分别抽取2 ml血时无统计学意义(P>0.05),抽取4 ml、6 ml血时有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法抽取相同血量所用时间在静脉充盈状况、弹性好时无统计学意义(P>0.05),在静脉充盈状况、弹性"中"及"差"时有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"离心性静脉穿刺采血法"在抽取血量较多及血管弹性、充盈较差时所需的时间明显比常规静脉采血法短,"离心性静脉采血法"具有更高效率、保护血管、操作方便等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study clinical application of blood sampling by away from heart vein-puncture method, and it＇s reliability, safety and to provide the base for clinical practice. Method 604 patients needed for blood sampling were randomly divided into experimental and control group, blood sampling by away from heart vein-puncture meth- od was applied for experimental group. Routine blood sampling method was applied for control group. The effect on blood sampling time by vein extent of filling, vein elastic and volume of blood sampling was observed and compared between the two groups. Result There is no significant difference for time costing for taking 2 ml blood sample, full vein extent of filling and good vein elastic between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference foe tome costing for taking 4ml or 6ml blood sample, full vein extent of filling and middling or lower degree of vein elastic between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Away from heart vein-puncture method will reduce the time for blood sampling. It＇s high efficiency, blood vessel protection and easy for practice, and worth for clinical popularizing.
