摘　　要：背景 患者赵某，男性，59岁，小学文化，退休工人。因反复发作性慢性咳嗽伴脓痰3年，咯血1天，量约300毫升。平车入院，其妻子和儿子一起陪同在旁。入院诊断为“支气管扩张”。Background Patient Mr. Zhao is a 59 years old retired factory worker with elementary school level education. He has had repeated chronic coughing with thick pululent sputum for three years and spit about 300 milliliters of blood within the past day. He was brought to the hospital by ambulance,accompanied by his wife and son. His admission diagnosis was ＂bronchiectasis＂.
