摘  要:FF(Foundation Fieldbus)和Profibus两种现场总线同时应用于重大危险源监控系统中,现场级数据经采集后在这两种总线上传输,系统的可靠性、稳定性大大提高。在监控软件中,数据经过处理后产生报警,避免或尽可能减少危险事故的发生。上位机同时运行两套OPC服务器进行过程数据的读取和写入,通过工业以太网进行车间级高速数据传输。详细阐述了整个监控系统的硬件构成、软件实现、网络拓扑等。FF (Foundation Field-bus) and Profibus field-bus were applied in monitoring of major hazard source simultaneously, the local-level data were transferred through the two field-bus. As a result, the system reliability and stability were raised to a great extent. After processing the data, an alarm might be created so as to avoid or reduce major hazard. The upper level computer executed two brands of OPC servers at the same time, and the process data can be read and written through the OPC servers. The plant-level data were transferred by the high-speed industry Ethernet network. The hardware structure, software implementation, network topology were exolained in detail.
