摘　　要：分析了秸秆强度测试仪的结构和功能,针对其户外作业环境和智能检测的特点,选择嵌入式高速单片机C8051F020作为主控制器。阐述了秸秆强度测试仪的硬件设计,包括数据采集模块、存储模块、LCD、串口通讯模块和主控制模块。并对软件结构、主程序流程和各子程序的功能进行了介绍。户外作业测试结果表明:秸秆强度测试仪达到了智能化、低功耗、小体积和操作方便的设计目标,精度满足了秸秆强度分析研究的要求。The configuration and function of measuring instrument of corps＇ stalk strength was analyzed. According to its operating environment in the open-air and the characteristic of intelligent measurement, C8051F020 was selected as the main controller. This paper described the hardware circuit design of the measuring instrument of corps＇ stalk strength, including data acquisition module, storage module, LCD module, serial transmit module and central controller module. The software configuration, main program flow and function of each sub-program were presented. The measuring result in the open air indicates that the measuring instrument of corps＇ stalk strength fulfills the objective of intelligence, lower power-consuming, small volume and convenient operation, the precision of the result can meet the requirement of corps＇ stalk strength research.
