摘　　要：提出基于TMS320DM642高速数字信号处理芯片的焊缝位置实时检测系统,对系统的工作过程和各模块的实现方法作了详细的描述,并基于此探索出利用TI提供的图像处理函数库对焊缝图像进行处理的方法。通过DSP对CCD摄取的焊缝图像进行处理,得到了焊缝的相关位置信息,满足了实际焊接过程的需要。This paper introduces the real time detective technology for weld seam position based on DSP,discuss the implement of every module and the process of working,and what’s more,exploring the method of image detection based on IMGLIB of TI.We got the interrelated position of the weld seam and the needed of the real welding process by the welding image process based on DSP.
