摘  要:讨论了影响中径薄壁筒的高精度筒体环缝对接焊形位公差的装夹因素,认为焊前装配质量主要由同轴度与圆度来评价,而装夹系统的刚性和内撑环的出力是保证焊前装配质量的关键因素。在此基础上利用四杆机构和浮动心轴,实现了一种可自动补偿内径差的定心内撑焊接工装,以用于中径管环焊缝。The factor influencing shape and position tolerance of precision girth weld of mediumdiameter thinwalled tube caused by assembly and fixing is discussed in this paper.The quality of preweld assembly can be appraised by coaxiality and roundness.And the pivotal factor to ensure quality of preweld assembly is rigidity of assembly and fixing system and force output of fixture.On this basis,a kind of centering fixture with inner brace is designed to apply to girth welding of mediumdiameter thinwalled tube.This fixture used fourbar linkage and spindle shifted rightandleft to compensate inner diameter difference of two tubes automatically.
