摘　　要：目的总结心脏穿透性损伤的救治经验。方法回顾性分析1996年2月～2007年9月救治的41例心脏穿透性损伤患者的资料，并分为心包填塞型23例，休克型9例，混合型7例，亚临床型2例。结果全组死亡6例，死亡率14．6％成活35例。结论加强院前救治和转运，缩短受伤到手术时间，即加强医院救治管理，能提高心脏穿透伤抢救的成功率。Objective To summarize the treatment experience of 41 cases of penetrating cardiac injuries. Methods From February 1996 to September 2007,we had treated 41 patients with penetrating cardiac injuries and the data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 6 deaths with mortality rate of 14.6% ,and the rest were alive. Conclusion In order to improve treatment effectiveness of penetrating cardiac injuries,the interval from the time of injury and the time of operation should be as short as possible, It is also very important to divide the patients into （shock and cardiac tamponade categories）classification rapidly and correctively.
