摘 要:通过在ZS195柴油机上进行对比试验,分析了生物柴油及生物柴油-乙醇混合燃料的不同比例对柴油机性能的影响。研究结果表明,柴油机燃用混合燃料后,乙醇的掺烧率为30%以下时,其动力性能良好,折合油耗率均有不同程度的改善。柴油机燃用生物柴油和混合燃料时,碳烟在整个运转工况范围内均比燃用柴油时有大幅度的降低。在大负荷下的CO排放量比燃用柴油时有大幅度的降低。NOx排放量比燃用柴油时有所改善,随着乙醇比例的增大NOx排放量逐级降低。燃用混合燃料时HC排放量比燃用柴油有所增加,并随着生物柴油中乙醇比例的增加而增大。In this paper, the influences on the emission performance of a diesel engine fueled with bio-diesel and bio-diesel-ethanol blends (BEF) were analyzed. The result shows that after using the bio-diesel and BEF on the diesel engine, it can well reach the original engine power, and the fuel consumptions have improved to some extend when the proportion of ethanol in BEF is below 30%. Compared with conventional diesel fuel, bio-diesel and BEF show apparently lower smoke emissions at all conditions, and sharp reduction in carbon monoxide (CO) at high load condition. With the increased proportion of ethanol in BEF, it shows slightly improvement in NOx emissions but slightly higher HC emissions.
