摘 要:目的:探讨刀锋伪影校正(BLADE)技术在克服MRI头部运动伪影方面的临床应用价值。材料和方法:65例常规头部MRI检查出现头部运动伪影的患者,行BLADE技术扫描(T2轴位、T1矢状位、T2黑水轴位),对比常规序列扫描并评价BLADE技术对头部运动伪影消除的作用。判断标准:以显示内囊结构的清晰程度,行0~Ⅲ分级法。结果:65例头部运动伪影中,其中0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级分别为0、19、25和21例,Ⅱ级以上影响诊断的病例共46例,占70.8%。采用BLADE技术扫描后,0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级分别为54、6、3和2例,Ⅱ级以下符合诊断要求的病例共60例,占92.3%,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:BLADE技术扫描在克服常规头颅扫描中产生的运动伪影有明显的作用,可广泛应用于常规检查(尤其小儿和不配合病人)产生的头部运动伪影校正中。Purpose: To evaluate the clinical applications of BLADE techniques in correcting head motion artifacts. Materials and Methods: 65 cases who were found head motion artifacts with routine MR examination were performed BLADE scanning (including T2 axial, T1 sagittal and T2 black fluid axial pulse sequences). Compared with routine head MR examination, the effects of BLADE technique were evaluated. Results: The criteria was classified as 0 - Ⅲ degrees according to displaying capsuia interna. There were 0, 19, 25 and 21 cases in 0, Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree respectively with routine head MR examination. Among them, 46 cases (70.8%) disturbed diagnosis. There were 54, 6, 3 and 2 cases in 0, Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree respectively after adopting BLADE technique. Among them, 60 cases (92.3%) could be diagnosed properly. There was remarkable difference(P 〈 0.05) between the two kinds of examinations. Conclusion: BLADE technique plays an important role in correcting head motion artifacts. It can be widely used in correcting head motion artifacts in the field of MR routine examination, especially to children and no - well - cooperative patients.
