摘 要:针对冷喷涂技术,喷管内部及出口后的超音速射流流场直接影响喷涂效果,所以对该流场进行研究十分重要。通过建立二维数学模型,采用有限体积法离散控制方程,用simple算法处理压力与速度之间的耦合,对可压缩气体超音速射流流场进行数值模拟分析。获得了气体压力、速度和温度等的分布,分析了激波对流场的影响。比较了不同的入口参数及激波的存在对流场产生的影响。在工程应用中,应该利用膨胀波引起的加速,减小甚至避免激波引起的减速。It is important to study supersonic free jet flow field cold gas dynamic spraying process, because the spraying effect is affected bythe supersonic jet flow field of the nozzle inlet and outlet. Numerical analysis of the compressible gas supersonic jet flow field was carried outthrough establishing two-dimensional model by using the finite volume method for dispersing the control equation and simple algorithm for han-dling the coupling between the pressure and velocity. The distributions of gas pressure, speed and temperature were obtained and the shock wave effect caused by flow field was also analyzed. The influence of different entrance parameter and the existence of the shock wave on the flow field was also compared. The slowdown caused by the shock wave should be avaided by using the speedup caused by the bulgy wave in the engineering application.
