摘  要:高效化是当前焊接技术的发展方向。在基于DSP控制芯片TMS320LF2407A控制的逆变电源构建的双丝脉冲气体保护焊焊接系统的基础上,针对双丝脉冲MIG焊熔滴过渡过程的控制,采用特定的脉冲频率,通过改变焊接模式进行工艺试验。试验结果表明,在特定的脉冲频率下,当采用同频率同相位脉冲电流焊接模式时,有利于形成较大熔深,但飞溅大,效果不太理想;当采用同频率相位相差180°的脉冲电流焊接模式时,焊接过程稳定,基本无飞溅,焊缝成形美观,焊接质量好;当采用不同频率任意相位的脉冲电流焊接模式时,焊接过程不太稳定,焊接效果也较差。High efficiency is the developing trend in the modern welding, so the control of conversed pulsed power supply based on the DSP chip TMS320LF2407A was put forward, then the system of double wire gas shielded pulsed welding was established. For the control of metal transfer process in the double wire pulsed metal inert-gas welding. The welding experiments under the certain pulse frequency with the different welding modes were carried out. The result shows that, under the certain pulse frequency, the welding mode with the same frequency and phase has deeper weld penelration, but spatter is more and the effects is not good. And at the welding mode with the same frequency with the discrepancy of 180° phase, the welding process is stable, and the weld appearance is good, and the weld quality is excellent. But metal inert-gas welding at the welding mode with the different frequency and phase, the welding process with the bad effect is instable.
