强脉冲光脱除移植皮肤上毛发的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察强脉冲光脱除移植皮肤上无需的毛发的临床效果。方法应用ELITEplus强脉冲光脱毛系统脱除移植皮肤上无需的毛发，一般需3-5次治疗，每次间隔2个月，其治疗参数为波长610．1000nm，光斑面积50mm×10mm，分脉宽5ms，延时2-20ms，能量密度30-38．3J／cm^2。结果10例患者均能耐受治疗，无需麻醉。经3-5次治疗，毛发基本完全脱落。治疗后无需包扎，常规洗浴。无水泡、感染、色素沉着及瘢痕形成等并发症。随访6-12个月，只有少许毳毛再生。结论强脉冲光脱毛系统脱除移植皮肤上无需的毛发，疗效可靠，操作简单，治疗速度快，无并发症发生，是一种比较理想的脱毛方法。Objective To evaluate the hair-removal effect of IPL for hairy skin grafts. Methods 10 patients with hairy skin grafts were treated with IPL（ELITEPlus） for hair removal 3 to 5 times at intervals of 2 months. The patients received IPL（610 - 1 000 nm） with spot size of 10 mm × 50 mm, pulse width of 5 msee with a delay of 2 - 20 msec, fluence of 30 - 38.3 J/cm^2 . Results The treatment was well tolerated with no need of anesthesia in all the patients. The hairs were removed completely after 3 to 5 treatments. The treated site could be washed as usual with no need of dressing. There was no blister, infection, hyperpigmentation and scarring. Only vellus were existed during the follow-up period of 6- 12 months. Conclusions IPL is a safe and reliable method to remove unwanted hair on skin grafts. It can be easily pedormed with a lower complication.
