多聚磷酸钠胁迫下硒对中华米虾抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘　　要：研究了在多聚磷酸钠胁迫下，18—20℃，饲料中添加硒对中华米虾抗氧化酶系统的影响。试验结果表明，多聚磷酸钠对中华米虾24、48、72、96h半致死质量浓度分别为1．24、1．20、1．17、1．16g／L。在多聚磷酸钠胁迫下，饲料添加硒的试验组米虾抗氧化酶的活性较对照组高。适量的硒有利于提高中华米虾抗氧化酶的活性，可提高对环境胁迫的耐受力。The effects of dietary selenium supplementation on the enzymic antioxidant system including superoxide anion（ O2^- ）level, and superoxide dismutase （SOD） and glutathione peroxidase （GPX） activities were investigated in prawn Caridina denticulata sinensis exposed to sodium polyphosphate. LC50 of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h was found 1.24, 1.20, 1. 17 and 1. 16 g/L, respectively. The prawn fed the diets containing selenium supplementation showed high antioxidant enzymic activity under sodium polyphosphate stress.
