摘　　要：被网络上称为"史上最牛钉子户"的拆迁案件最终通过各方协商调解,得到了依法妥善解决,成功化解了矛盾。它虽然只是一例拆迁个案,但是从中我们可以看到新中国成立以来我国行政权力演变发展的趋向以及在当前和谐社会背景下地方政府在依法行政、正确处理社会突发事件,以及准确把握政府角色定位等方面的行政能力的提升。In conformity with laws, the so -called the hardest pulling- down -old- buildings case in history has been settled appropriately through consultation and intercession. Although it is only a single case and has been settled, it leaves us lots of thoughts and reflects the development direction of the administrative power since the founding of PRC as well as the promotion of the local government＇ s ability in the present harmonious society.
