天津滨海新区开发开放对河北省的影响——基于关联经济角度的分析

摘　　要：区域发展关联与外部性已成为发达国家产业成长最为显著的经济现象,滨海新区开发开放的战略意义在于通过产业的扩散,在环渤海地区内部形成一个经济中心,共同推进环渤海地区核心区域(京津冀)东部滨海地带的崛起。滨海新区崛起是河北省加速融入京津冀一体化进程,提升自我的重大机遇;另一方面,滨海新区"空吸"效应可能加速河北资源、要素流失,加剧河北在京津冀区域中的"洼地效应"。Regional development association and the outside of the developed countries has become the most significant industrial growth in the economy, opening up and developing the Binhai New Area is of strategic significance, through the spread of industry in the Bohai Rim region and forming an economic hub, the Bohai region to work together to promote the core region （Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei） the eastern coastal areas of China. Binhai New Area rise is accelerating the process of Hebei integrating into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the major opportunity for improving themselves. On the other hand, ＂air suction＂ effect of Binhai New Area could accelerate Hebei resources and factor lossing and increase Hebei being the ＂lowland effect＂ in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
