NAFTA中的能源条款与美国石油安全

摘　　要：美国的石油储备有限,并且是世界第一大石油消费国,石油安全历来是美国国家安全战略中的重大问题。美国为维护和促进石油供应稳定,实施多项战略,其中通过与主要石油供应国签署FTA,并在协定中加入能源条款是卓有成效的方法之一。本文以NAFTA中的能源条款为例进行分析,并为我国实现石油安全战略提供相关政策建议。As the first oil consumption country and being limited in the oil reserves, US oil security is one of the most important problems among US national security strategies. To keep the stable oil supply, US have imposed several strategies, among which, to sign FTAs with the main oil supply countries and to add the energy clauses into the agreements is one of the most useful methods. In this article, I＇ll base on the analysis of the energy, clause in NAFTA,to give some relevant advices on China＇s oil security strategy.
