摘　　要：新农村文化建设是一项长期而艰巨的任务。只有充分认识到进一步加强社会主义新农村文化建设的重要意义,加大投入,加强管理,培育农民的文化主体意识,建立新农村文化建设的长效机制,才能使新农村文化建设取得实效。To carry out the new rural cultural undertakings is along - term and formidable task. It is also essential to fully understand the significance of the task, to strengthen the input, to ensure the management, to cultivate the dominant culture awareness of the rural citizens, and to build a long-lasting and efficient system. Only by means of these will the new rural cultural undertakings be successful.
