摘　　要：国有企业改制后的职工安置及安置和再就业是关系到国企改制是否成功的关键。以赣州市为例,其改制过程中的职工安置和再就业有许多可取的经验,同时也存在着一些问题。欲妥善地做好职工安置,企业必须经过缜密调查研究,结合企业内部和外部环境的实际确定职工安置和再就业的程序并制定出一套具体的职工安置和再就业方法和措施。the staffplacement and the re - employment is something that relates to the success of system - changed stated - owned enterprise. Take Ganzhou as the example, it has not only some experiences but also problems on the placement and the employment. To make it good, The enterprise must pass through the meticulous investigation and study, union enterprise interior and external environment reality, definite staffplacement and re-employment procedure, and then formulate set of concrete staff placements and the re - employmentmethod and the measure.
