大鼠脑巨细胞网状核和颈髓神经元纤维联系的实验研究

摘  要:目的探讨网状结构与运动调控密切相关的伸肌抑制区内的重要核团-巨细胞网状核与颈段脊髓神经元的纤维联系。方法采用麦芽凝集素-辣根过氧化物酶在巨细胞网状核的微量注射,48 h后用TMB显色方法检测巨细胞网状核和颈段脊髓灰质内麦芽凝集素-辣根过氧化物酶的表达情况。结果在巨细胞网状核内注射麦芽凝集素-辣根过氧化物酶,可在颈段脊髓灰质Ⅰ、Ⅱ板层发现顺行标记,在Ⅶ、Ⅷ板层发现逆行标记。结论通过对WGA-HRP示踪的检测,说明以巨细胞网状核为主的脑干网状结构抑制区和颈段脊髓神经元之间存在纤维联系。从巨细胞网状核到脊髓的投射纤维多经由颈段脊髓灰质的Ⅰ、Ⅱ板层,而颈段脊髓灰质向巨细胞网状核的投射纤维多起源于Ⅶ、Ⅷ板层。Objective To study more about the relationship between reticular formation and spinal cord neurons. Methods WGA-HRP was minim injected into the right gigantocellular reticular nucleus of grown rats. 48h after the injection, the sections of the gigantocellular reticular nucleus and cervical spinal cord were subjected to TMB immunohistochemical reaction with ABC method. The result was detected and the data was recorded and analyzed. Results The minim injection of WGA-HRP in the gigantocellular reticular nucleus brought direct labeling in lamia Ⅰ , Ⅱ and recessive labeling in lamia Ⅶ ,Ⅷ of cervical spinal cord. Conclusion There' s a relationship between the gigantocellular reticular nucleus and cervical spinal cord neurons. The gigantocellular reticular nucleus cast fibers to the lamiaⅠ, Ⅱ of cervical spinal cord and neurons in lamia Ⅶ, Ⅷ of cervical spinal cord cast fibers to the gigantocellular reticular nucleus.
