摘 要:应用热重分析仪实验研究了神东矿区不同层位和不同工作面煤的自燃特性,结果表明:煤氧化燃烧过程分为3个阶段,即升温失水失重阶段、升温增重氧化阶段、升温燃烧失重阶段.对应3个阶段的活化能分别为失水活化能、着火活化能和燃烧活化能.着火活化能是指从增重开始到增重结束转为失重的拐点处阶段的活化能,以煤的着火活化能判定煤炭的自燃难易程度的新方法.着火活化能越小煤样越容易自燃,着火活化能越大煤样越不易自燃.Studied coal spontaneous combustion characteristic of Shendong mining area at different layers and working faces by using thermal gravimetric analyzer experiment. The studying results show that, the process of coal oxidation combustion can be divided into three phases, which are calefactive-evaporated-alleviative phase, calefactiveweight incremental-oxidation phase, calefactive-combustion-alleviative phase. The corresponding three phases activation energy are respectively evaporation activation energy, ignition activation energy and combustion activation energy. Ignition activation energy is from weight increment to weight increment be over and turn in to weight loss phase activation energy, which is a new method that bases on the coal ignition activation energy to determinate coal spontaneous combustion difficultly or easy. The less ignition activation energy, the coal sample is easier to spontaneous combustion, and the more ignition activation energy, the coal sample is more difficult to spontaneous combustion.
