摘 要:将脆弱性分析应用到矿业城市经济可持续发展研究中,提出区域经济系统脆弱性的概念和评价模型,对东北地区14个典型矿业城市经济系统脆弱性进行了评价.结果表明:经济系统脆弱性高的矿业城市集中分布于辽宁省;不同矿产资源类型的矿业城市经济系统脆弱性指数平均值具有煤炭类>冶金类>综合类>油气类的趋势;矿业城市经济系统脆弱性随着其生命周期的推进逐渐增大;矿业城市经济系统对可采矿产资源逐渐枯竭的应对能力对决定其脆弱程度作用显著.最后依据不同矿业城市经济系统脆弱性特征将案例城市划分为4种类型.Vulnerability analysis was introduced in the study on sustainable economic development of mining city, based on the proposed conception and model of vulnerability of regional economic system, the economic system vulnerability (ESV) of 14 typical mining cities in Northeast China was evaluated. The results indicate that most mining cities with high ESV are spatially concentrated in Liaoning Province. The mean ESV scores of mining cities based on different mineral resources have an descending trend which is coal resources type 〉 metal resources type 〉 integrated mineral resources type 〉 petroleum resources type. The ESV scores have a tendency to increase with the evolvement of mining city' s life circle. The response capacity to gradual depletion of regional minable resources has more remarkable influence on the degree of ESV of mining city. Finally, the 14 mining cities are categorized into four types according to their vulnerability characteristics.
