摘　　要：从未来防空作战的实际需求出发,利用概率论、军事运筹理论和一体化联合作战理论,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,分析了一体化联合防空作战指挥的主要特点和效率指标,建立了一体化联合防空体系的作战效率评估模型,以及基于越级指挥、按级指挥和实际指挥方式的作战指挥效率评估模型,用实例说明了作战指挥效率评估方法的应用。In terms of actual need of the future air defense operations, using probability theory and military operations research theory and the theory of integrated joint operation, adopting the method combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the main characteristics of integrated joint air defense operation command and efficiency index are analyzed, the assessing model of operation efficiency （number of destroying aerial objective） air defense system is established, and the assessing model of operation command efficiency is put forward based on different operation command modes including command bridging different ranks and command according to ranks and actual command, explains the application of efficiency assessing method of operation command with practical examples.
