摘　　要：简要介绍了清末与民国时期图书馆法令法规的概况,探讨了近代图书馆法规对制定中国图书馆法具有的参考价值。This paper introduces the general situation of library laws in the later of Qing and the Republic of China, and probes into the reference value of modern library laws on establishing Chinese library law.
