摘　　要：知识管理是知识经济时代一种全新的管理模式。从知识管理的理念入手,论述了高校图书馆引入知识管理的必要性,探讨了图书馆实行知识管理的内容和途径。Knowledge management is a brand-new kind of management pattern in the times of knowledge economy. Starting from the concept of knowledge management, this paper discusses the necessity of introducing the knowledge management into university library, and probes into the contents and paths of implementing knowledge management in university library.
