摘　　要：简述了高校图书馆编目业务外包范围与背景,对图书馆编目业务外包过程中的管理方法和质量监控措施提出了建议。This paper expounds the scope and background of catalogue outsourcing in university library, and advances some suggestions on the management methods and quality control measures in the process of catalogue outsourcing of library.
