摘　　要：简述了国内外关于劳动力流动研究的概况,结合资料数据,分析了我国农村劳动力流动状况以及趋势,并探讨了农村劳动力流动对经济社会的影响。This paper expounds the general situation of domestic and foreign researches on labor mobility, and connecting with the data and information, analyzes the situation and trends of Chinese rural labor mobility, and probes into the influence of rural labor mobility on economy and society.
