摘　　要：从高校图书馆的馆舍环境、制度保障、服务理念、文献资源的建设、网络环境的优化及开展课外活动等方面阐述了高校图书馆对提升大学生文化素养的影响。This paper expounds the influences of university ＇library on improving the cultural literacy of university students from the aspects of library＇s building environment, system guarantee, service concept, literature resource construction, optimization of network environment and the extracurricular work.
