摘  要:继电器中接触簧片的接触压力是影响其触点接触可靠性的主要因素之一,希望它在整个寿命期内稳定可靠,但由于簧片材料的应力松弛而使接触压力逐渐减小,接触电阻逐渐增大,进而导致接触失效。采用开发的弹性材料应力松弛测试系统,对继电器接触簧片材料进行加速应力松弛试验研究,找出短期内的变化规律,可推算出长时间的应力松弛量,为继电器的可靠性设计提供必要的依据。The contact pressure of contact spring is one of the main factors affecting the contact reliability of contacts in relay, it is expected stable and reliable in the entire life, however, the stress relaxation of contact spring material causes the contact pressure to reduce gradually, the contact resistance increases gradually, then bringing the contact failure. The accelerated stress relaxation experimental study has been made for contact spring material of relay with application of a developed test system of elastic material stress relaxation, to discover the change rule in short time, extrapolate the stress relaxation value in long time, so as to provide the essential basis for the reliability design of relay.
