摘　　要：本文介绍了PLC在纸浆模塑生产自动控制系统中的应用,利用PID实现真空泵的恒定负压控制,利用软件方式实现变频控制切换。实践表明,该系统能有效解决目前纸浆模塑生产中负压波动大、废品率高的问题,降低了生产成本,具有很好推广价值。This paper presents an application of PLC in the paper molding process. The PID control of the negative pressure of thevacuum pump and the switching control between different modes are implemented with the PLC software.Practice shows that the system can reduce the production cost effectively.
