摘　　要：提出显示需要的一种宽带多层介质半反镜。采用对称膜系结构进行设计,并用共轭梯度法进行仿真优化,得到的多层介质半反镜在可见光波长范围都有很好的半反半透特性,并且对入射光的角度不敏感,从而保证了显示系统的亮度均匀性。A multi-layer dielectric flat semi-reflection mirror for display system is proposed. Layer-symmetric film is used to design the mirror and the conjugate gradient method is used to optimize the design. The obtained mirror has a good transmittance in demand within a bandwidth of the whole visible wavelength and it is insensitive to angular variation, which assures the brightness uniformity of displays.
