摘 要:为验证"阻化剂对不同的煤样具有选择性,不同的阻化剂对不同煤样的阻化效果不同"这一推论,采用STA449C型-TG/DAT综合热重分析仪对神东矿区六个煤矿不同层位和不同工作面的9个煤样添加阻化剂后的活化能变化规律进行实验研究为研究阻化剂和不同阻化剂对煤自燃过程的影响,结果表明,以着火活化能确定煤自燃阻化效果具有规律性。比较不添加阻化剂与添加阻化剂实验煤样各燃烧阶段的活化能可以看出,添加阻化剂后失水活化能与燃烧活化能降低,着火活化能增大,说明阻化剂在煤的整个燃烧阶段并不是全过程起阻化作用,而是一个催化-阻化-催化过程。在失水阶段起催化作用,在着火阶段起阻化作用,在燃烧阶段起催化作用。这对于应用阻化剂的选择具有实际的参考价值和指导意义。To validate the deduction of "different inhibitors and different coal samples means different inhibiting effects" ,variational rule of the activation energy for 9 pieces of coal samples with inhibitors was analyzed by using STA449C thermal analyzer, which were taken from different layers and workfaces in six coal mines of Shendong mining area to analyze the inhibitors and the different ones have influences on coal spontaneous combustion course. The result shows that it is well-regnlated that estimating the inhibiting effect on coal spontaneous combustion by ignition activation energy. And it shows that after adding inhibitors the evaporated activation energy and the combustion activation energy decreases, otherwise, the ignition activation energy increases. It means that the inhibitors do not always inhibit the combustion of coal during the process. The inhebitor catalyzes which the combustion during evaporation phase, it inhibites the combustion during ignition phase, and catalyzes the combustion during combustion phase, which has actually reference value and instructional meaning for the choice of using inhibitors.
