摘　　要：文章分析了当前医院对药品收入管理方面的缺陷，以及存在问题的原因。提出应当强化药品收入管理机制：１．建立药事管理组织；２．开展管理评价工作；３．落实内部奖惩制度。认为加强药品收入管理，符合控制社会医药费用规模，遏制不合理增长势头的宏观目标；亦有利于优化医院收入结构，为进一步理顺医院补偿机制创造条件。An analysis is made here of the existing problems about the drug sales revenue control and their causes. It is pointed out that the control mechanism should be srewed up through: ①the establishment of a drug control body; ②the start of control evaluation; and ③the implementation of hospital system of rewards and punishment. It is pointed out that the tightening of the drug sales revenue control meets the popular demand for chccking the high rise of medical cost, fits the macrotarget of holding the unressonable trend of price hikes, and facilitates the optimization of hospital revenue structure while making way for the rationalization of hospital compensation mechanism.
