摘　　要：该文以作者所在学校为研究对象,阐述了有区域高校特色的以"思想品德优良、专业基础扎实、职业技能突出、身心素质健康"为核心内容的"一、二、三、四"的人才培养模式。Taking Tonghua Normal University as the research object, the ＂Four Steps＂ personnel training mode with the characteristic of regional college and university is discussed in the article, based on the core of ＂excellent thought and moral, solid professional foundation, outstanding professional skills, healthy body and mind＂.
