水性聚氨酯木器底漆的一种新配方

摘　　要：为获得性能更好的木器底漆,通过实验对乳液及助剂进行了研究和筛选,得出适合作为水性木器底漆的乳液为Nature-81,助剂分别为助溶剂乙二醇丁醚、消泡剂Dehydran 1293与FoamStar-A34、润湿剂Hydropalat 140、流平剂Levelling 620和增稠剂DSX-2000.并通过正交试验,按照水性涂料的国家标准对研制的水性木器底漆进行性能测试和比较,得到水性木器底漆的最佳配方.检测报告表明,论文提出的最佳配方具有良好的耐水性、丰满度、光泽度、附着力、铅笔硬度和摆杆硬度.Through the experiments we had done researched for latexes of the Abstract： In order to obtain better-performance base paint of water polyurethane wood lacquer, experiments we done to research in latexes and select the suitable latex for the priming of waterborne wood coating. We took latex Nature-81 as foundation, Dehydran 1293 and FoamStarA34 as the defoamer agent, Hydropalat 140 as the wetting agent, Leveling 620 as the rheological agent and DSX2000 as the thickening agent. In accordance with national standards, the capabilities of the priming of waterborne wood coating and coating film were tested and contrasted by the orthogonal experiment. We obtained a better formulation for the priming of waterborne wood coating. The examination report indicated that the best formulation of our experiment had good water tolerance, fullness, brightness, adhesion, pencil hardness and pendulum hardness.
