摘　　要：目的评价莫西沙星治疗老年患者下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用莫西沙星注射液400mg,每日1次静滴,疗程为5～10天。完成病例113例,观察治疗前后症状、细菌学、药敏情况。结果痊愈率、有效率、细菌清除率分别为60.1%、82.3%、72.5%。无严重不良反应。结论莫西沙星注射液是治疗老年患者急性下呼吸系统感染的安全有效的药物。Objective To assess the curative and side effect of Moxifloacin which treat acute lower respiratory tract infection in elderly patients. Methods 113 patients were treated by intravenous dripx of Moxifloacin 400mg, duration was 5 -10days. Symptoms, bacteriology, drug sensitiveness were observed respectively before and after treatment. Results The curative rate, effective rate, bacterial clearing rate of Moxifloacin were 60.1%, 82.3%, 72. 5% respectively. Drug sensitiveness was 74.5%, but the serious side effect was not observed. Conclusions Moxifloxacin is a safety and efficient kind of antibiotics for elderly patients with acute lower respiratory tract infection.
