摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省阜新农村地区高血压患者血脂异常随体质指数(BMI)变化的情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对阜新农村≥35岁高血压患者进行流行病学调查及实验室检查。将BMI按不同水平分级,使用SPSS11.5分析不同BMI水平与血脂异常的关系。结果共入选6411人,男2805人,女3606人,平均年龄(56.8±11.1)岁。男性总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的异常率和女性TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的异常率均随BMI水平的增高而增加(P<0.05);在调整年龄、吸烟、饮酒、血压、血糖等因素后,TC、TG、LDL-C异常者的患病风险亦均随BMI水平的增高而增加。结论农村地区高血压患者中体质指数与血脂异常密切相关,肥胖是血脂异常的重要危险因素。Objective To study the relationship between different body mass index （BMI） and the prevalence of dyslipidemia in rural areas of Fuxin City of Liaoning Province. Methods The cluster stratified sampling taken in epidemic investigation and laboratory examination for resident （≥35 years old） group with hypertension. BMI levels were divided into different groups and SPSS 11. 5 statistical software was used for analysis of relationship between the BMP level and dyslipidemia. Results Totally 6 411 hypertension patients （2 805 were male and 3606 were female） aged （56. 8 ± 11.1 ） years were enrolled in the study. In men, the prevalence of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and low-density -lipoprotein （LDL -C）, and in women the prevalence of TG, LDL - C and high - density - lipoprotein （ HDL - C） had a significantly increase with increase of BMI levels （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the factors of age, smoke, drink, blood pressure and fasting plasma glucose were adjusted, the risk of dyslipidemia in TC, TG and LDL - C was increased significantly with increase of BMI levels. Conclusion The BMI is closely related with dyslipidemia among the rural hypertensive individuals, and the obesity is an important risk factor for dyslipidemia.
