摘　　要：为了解内毒素在子痫前期和子痫发生、发展及转归中的作用,查阅并整理了国内外文献,发现内毒素与子痫前期有一定联系,内毒素在子痫前期和子痫的发生、发展及转归中具有重要地位。To find out the actions of lipopolysaccharide （LPS） in the arising, developing and natural course of preeclampsia and eclampsia. Internal or external medical literature consulted by various means were summarized. Results： Lipopolysaccharide has certain relationships with preeclampsia. Lipopolysaccharide plays an very important role in the arising, developing and natural course of preeclampsia and eclampsia.
