留置胃管的临床护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨如何提高危重患者留置胃管的置管一次成功率与正确率。方法-就鼻胃管的选择、插胃管长度、置鼻胃管方法、留置胃管的更换时间、留置胃管护理措施和感染控制的问题综述。结果：选择胃管根据患者病情，留置时间，经济状况决定。置入鼻胃管插入长度应在体表测测基础上延长10-15cm。留置胃管更换时间根据病情、胃管类型决定，橡胶胃管1周更换，硅胶胃管4周更换。结论：加强留置胃管患者的护理，保持管腔通畅才能适当延长留置胃管时间，减少插管次数。减少感染并发症发生，减轻患者的痛苦。Objective： To investigate proper and successful installation of nose and gastric tube for patient with severe disease. Methods： Review of installation of nose and gastric tube, including the choice of tube, the remain length of nose and gastric tube, methods of the tube inserting, time for altering of retained nose and gas- tric tube, nursing for retained nose and gastric tube, prevention and control of infection for patients with retained nose and gastric tube. Results： The choice of retained nose and gastric tube depended on the building of patient, time required to retain, financial status of patient. The tube length entailed to insert into the nose and stomach was 10cm - 15cm more than that measured outside the body. The time for altering of retained nose and gastric tube was decided according to different diseases, types of tubes; rubber tube changed once a week, silicone tube changed once 4 weeks. Conclusion： Intensive nursing care for patients with retained nose and gastric tube, keeping78 tube in unobstructed condition may lengthen retaining time for retained nose and gastric tube, reduce times of tube installation, reduce infection and other complication, diminish patient＇s suffering.
