社区居家养老服务的政策体系研究--以北京市月坛街道为例

摘　　要：本文在月坛街道社区居家养老服务试点的基础上,总结出一个政策理论模型,即"任务排序模型",并在此理论指导下,开展调查研究,构建出一个较为完整的社区居家养老服务的政策体系。Based on the practice of family-care in the Community of Yuetan, this paper summarizes a theoretical model of policy, i.e. the model of undertaking in sequence. Then, under the guidance of this model, this paper makes an investigation and puts forward a complete policy system of family-care in the community.
