摘  要:介绍了长洲水利枢纽船闸工程人字门背拉杆张拉过程,通过合理布置测点,采用千斤顶顶升、螺母旋转等方法对背拉杆施加预应力,经初调、微调、终调等施工流程,获取人字门背拉杆最优设计应力值,使门叶斜接柱、门轴柱的正面直线度和门叶横向直线度符合设计规范,满足人字门安装、运行要求。An introduction was made on the tensioning process of the miter gate back-tie rod in Changzhou shiplock. By rationally arranging the measuring points, using jack jacking and rotating nut, following the construction procedures of initial adjustment, fine adjustment and final adjustment, the best design stress value is satisfied, the facade straightness of gate leaf diagonal pillar and gate axis pillar as well as the transverse straighthess of gate leaf all comply with design specifications and satisfy the requirements for installation and operation.
