摘 要:研究了不同碳纤维掺量的CFRC(碳纤维水泥基材料)梁在三点弯曲荷载作用下其电阻变化与CMOD(裂缝口张开位移)的关系.试验研究发现,峰值荷载前CFRC梁的电阻—CMOD曲线均出现明显的转折点.当碳纤维掺量为胶凝材料质量的0.1%时,电阻—CMOD曲线表现出三个不同的变化阶段,其中第一个转折点接近峰值荷载点.而碳纤维掺量达到胶凝材料质量的0.2%和0.3%时,电阻—CMOD曲线则呈现两个变化阶段,并且转折点随着碳纤维掺量的增加逐渐远离峰值荷载点.电阻—CMOD曲线的第二阶段为线性变化过程,其中碳纤维掺量为0.2%时,CFRC材料的灵敏系数最高.This paper presents a study of the resistance-CMOD (crack mouth opening displacement) relationship of CFRC (carbon fiber reinforced cement based material) beam with different carbon fiber fractions under three-point flexure loading. The experiments show that there exists an apparent turning point before the peak load in resistance-CMOD curve of CFRC beam. When the carbon fiber frac- tion is 0.1% by mass of cement, the resistance-CMOD curves display three different phases, and the first turning point approaches to the peak point of loading. For the CFRC beams with carbon fiber fraction of 0.2 % and 0.3 % by mass of cement, the resistance-CMOD curves display only two different phases, the turning points between the first and the second phases are apart from the peak points of loading. The second phase of resistance-CMOD curve is linear. During the second phase, the sensitive coeffident for CFRC beam containing carbon fiber fraction of 0.2% by mass of cement is among the highest of the three mixtures.
