电针治疗精神药物所致肥胖症81例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸疗法(电针)对精神药物所致肥胖症的治疗作用。方法对163例精神分裂症患者在服用抗精神病药期间出现肥胖者,分为电针治疗组(治疗组)81例与空白对照组(对照组)82例,治疗组选择每日针灸曲池、足三里、丰隆、上巨虚、下巨虚、百会穴,并接上电针治疗仪,每次30分钟,对照组不刺针,两组4周为一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。两组均需按饮食量不增减,睡眠时间不增减执行。采用全国中西结合肥胖症诊断标准,简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗组临床有效率59.2%,对照组临床有效率13.4%,BPRS减分率分别为43.12%、30.34%,两组均无不良反应。结论中医针灸对精神药物所致肥胖症疗效好,对精神症状的控制具有一定治疗作用,能提高患者对精神药物的依从性,无副作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture to the obesity induce by psychotropic drugs.Methods 163 cases, who were diagnosed as obesity when receiving psychotropic drugs, were divided into two groups, acupuncture group （81 case） was treated with acupuncture and electroacupuncture being continue 30 minutes once a day for 8 weeks （d weeks as a therapy period）, take qu chi, zu san li, feng long, shang ju xu, bai hui xue. The control group （82case） did not receive the corresponding treatment. Both groups have no change of eat and sleep time. The criteria of obesity was according to the chinese east and west combining treatment, the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） was used to assess the efficacy, the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） was used to assess the side effects. Results 59. 2% of the cases who treated with acupuncture and 13.4% of the control cases improved. The decreasing rate was 43.12% and 30.34% respectively, both group have not side effects. Conclusion Acupuncture-therapy has good efficacy to the fatty patients induced by psychotropic drugs and has efficacy to the psychotic symptom, it improve the patients＇ compliance, has no side effects.
