全蝎乙醇提取物体外对猪囊尾蚴的作用

摘　　要：目的 :证实全蝎乙醇提取物杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用。方法 :采用 15%新鲜猪胆汁常水溶液作为培养基 ,加入全蝎 ( Scorpion)乙醇提取物 ( 2 6mg/ ml,相当于 4 g生药量 ) ,对猪囊尾蚴进行体外培养实验。结果 :表明全蝎乙醇提取物具有显著杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用。对全蝎乙醇提取物体外培养 4 h、 6h、 8h后的猪囊尾蚴的组织学观察表明 ,猪囊尾蚴在接触药液 4 h后 ,有明显的病理改变 ,并随着与药液接触时间的延长而加重。光镜下观察可见的特征是 :微毛剥脱至消失 ,皮层肿胀、坏死或变性 ,实质层钙质小体扩大、空虚和外移 ,已孵出的头节顶突和吸盘肿胀变形、吸沟变宽。结论 :全蝎乙醇提取物体外能破坏猪囊尾蚴皮层微毛和头颈节片而达到杀灭作用。AIM:To demonstrate the effectof alcoholic extractof Buthusmartensii against Cysticercuscellu- losae in vitro.METHODS:Fresh Cysticercuscellulosaewere cultured in 1 5 % swine bile medium con- taining scorpio alcoholic extract.RESULTS:The scorpio extractat2 6 mg/ ml exerted profound effect in destroying cysticerci as assessed by the morphological changes and loss of vitality.After of the Cysticercuscellulosae were cultured in medium containing scorpio extract for4,6 and8hours,evi- dent pathological changes were revealed.The main microscopic features were peeling of microtrich- es,swelling,and deformity of rostellum and suckersof evaginated cysticerci.CONCL USION:Scorpi- on extractexerts damage effecton both the tegumentand scolex of Cysticercuscelluosae.
