摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村为高等农业教育提供了良好的发展机遇,高等农业教育要在转变社会服务功能、完善面向农村的高等农业教育、国家保障农业教育优先发展等方面促进了新农村建设。The construction of new socialist countryside provided chance for the higher agricultural education. Higher agricuhural education promoted the new socialist countryside construction on convert government serving function, perfect higher agricultural education faced countryside and security agricultural education prior development.
